College students are paired with an employer for paid, project-based work while receiving mentorship from our senior technical leaders.
Students gain meaningful paid experience in their field of study, gain skills directly vetted by employers, and establish a close relationship with prospective employers.
Employers receive an affordable, reliable talent development solution combined with valuable work product outcomes.
Companies have access to strong entry-level tech talent, sourced from our partners at local academic institutions and talent development programs.
